Calculation Methods & Accuracy

All astrological calculations on Mahadasha.com are performed using established Vedic astrology methodologies and mathematical computations, including but not limited to:

• Parashari System: Traditional Vedic astrology principles from Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra
• KP (Krishnamurti Paddhati) Astrology: A precise system developed by Prof. K.S. Krishnamurti
• NC Lahiri Ayanamsa: The official Indian government ayanamsa for astronomical calculations
• Vimshottari Dasha: 120-year planetary period system based on Moon's nakshatra position
• Ashtottari, Yogini & other Dasha systems: Alternative timing techniques for comprehensive analysis

While we strive for mathematical accuracy in our calculations, the interpretation of results remains subject to the inherent nature of astrological science and individual practitioner perspectives.

Eligibility & User Accounts

Prohibited Activities

When using our Services, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of our Services without permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Mahadasha.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Mahadasha.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Any decisions or actions you take based on astrological information provided
• Any third-party conduct or content on our platform

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Indemnification

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at dasha@mahadasha.com. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration or, where applicable, small claims court proceedings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
