Refine an uncertain birth time using known life events and chart techniques to arrive at an accurate ascendant.


## Inputs

- **date_of_birth** — birth date (`YYYY-MM-DD`)
- **time_of_birth** — birth time (`HH:MM`, 24-hour, local to the birth place)
- **latitude** — birth-place latitude (decimal degrees, e.g. `28.6139`)
- **longitude** — birth-place longitude (decimal degrees, e.g. `77.2090`)
- **timezone** — IANA timezone (e.g. `Asia/Kolkata`) or UTC offset of the birth place
- **life_events** — a list of dated life events (marriage, job change, relocation, births, major health events) used to triangulate the true ascendant
